1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Contact and newsletter: Email address and name when you subscribe or contact us. We store this to respond to your enquiry or send newsletters you have requested.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised page view data. No personal data is stored beyond standard analytics.

Affiliate clicks: When you click an affiliate link, we record the slug (e.g. "ufc-fight-pass") and timestamp. We do not record your IP address or personal information for affiliate tracking.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract) when you contact us, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for newsletter subscriptions. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Data retention

Contact enquiries: 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: 30 days rolling (anonymised).

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven), you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. 6. Third parties

We use Resend (resend.com) to send emails. Resend processes your email address on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data to any third party.
